Hi, I’m Milinda. Formerly a Finance Administrator, I stepped into the world of wellness in 2019 and became a full-time Wellness and Massage Therapist. In 2025, I expanded my work to include coaching, adding another layer to how I support people in feeling more aligned, grounded, and clear. I spend most of my time in the treatment room these days, but this blog is where I share my love of all things holistic – along with my favourite tools, reflections, and things that light me up.
