Your self-care appointment and well-being is very important to me. I do understand that sometimes, unexpected delays and LIFE situations can occur, therefore requiring appointments to be canceled and or rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request a minimum of 24Hrs notice.
Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy:
Any cancelation or reschedule made less than 24Hrs notice in advance will incur a cancelation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the booked service. Fee’s charged will be at my sole discretion, and payment will need to be made on the day of the cancelled/rescheduled service.
